How does delivery/ Installation and Pickup/ Strike works?

  • Delivery Calculation:Delivery fees are based on the distance and travel time from Malden, MA. The estimated time of arrival (e.g., 3:00–4:00 PM) will consider venue access times and our schedule of other events for the same day. The crew may arrive at any time within the provided window but will always arrive before the end of the specified time.

  • Booth Working Time: The booth’s working time begins at your event’s start time. For example, if your event starts at 6:00 PM and you book 3 hours, the booth will be operational from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If your event lasts longer than the booked time, the equipment will be picked up promptly at 9:00 PM.

  • Event Flow Considerations: To minimize disruptions, please ensure the booth’s placement allows easy access for setup and breakdown when the contracted time ends.

Understanding our digital PHOTO BOOTH

Overlay

An overlay is a transparent graphic placed on top of your Single Photos, Boomerangs, Video, and GIF capture ​to personalize it. 

Photo Template

Photo templates are a great way to show off multiple photo captures in one photo, whether digital or physical.

SALSA's LED Lights

You can customize the LED lights to match your event. By selecting Solid Mode or Pattern Mode.

Basic Packages defult to White LED lights only. All other packages will have color customized to event colors

 

Event Interface

The event interface is the first screen guests will see when they interact with Salsa. This screen can be customized by selecting one of the basic animated interfaces, or it can be customized using your own video or image for a fully branded experience.

Live Gallery

Our live gallery gives you the opportunity to see all pictures taken at your event. 

You can choose to set the gallery private and you will receive a link to view at the end of the event or you can open it for all guests to see. 

All Packages include access to the whole gallery after the event for 30days (clients can download all photos once they get the link)

Filters

Filters have become super popular. With Salsa, you can use filters to create that sought after aesthetic and wow your guests! Not available for basic package

One Filter Selected

When only one filter is selected, that filter will be automatically applied to each capture. Guests will not have the option to turn the filter off.

Multiple Filters Selected

When more than one filter is selected guests will be given the option to select which filters to use. Guests will also have the option to select Original which will disable filters for that capture.
